vBulletin 4.1.10 Website Development

WANTED - vBulletin 4.1.10 expert - A new Forum using vBulletin 4.1.10 - The site is in development, new template/skin already installed. I need assistance to do the following. 1 - Move the default URL from .net/forums/[login to view URL] to .net/[login to view URL] 2 - Create New Menu links in the Main Menu, including drop downs. 3 - Create a Popular Members Photos Module between welcome message and Forums. 4 - Disable Blog and all references to it in the Profiles. Users cannot create groups. 5 - Create a number of Categories for various forums 6 - Make some small adjustments of where text is black on a dark grey BG 7 - Assist with Setting Permissions 8 - Make some small changes to secondary menus. After making these changes as part of a fixed price deal, I would like to deal with the same person on an hourly rate to fix/modify things as required.
