Enhanced ProjectPosting Script

We are a young company with lots of free co-workers. For enhanced communication we require as follows: take the radlance script (you will be given a modified version) - on project page ([login to view URL]), for users bids table should only show the names. - For logged in admin, on project page ([login to view URL]) the bids table should look like: [checkbox] ??" Username ??" emailaddress - mobile phone number ??" home phone number (instead of these words show actual numbers etc.) every item is a link and leads to the respective function. Following the phone numbers-links means being automatically connected to the respektive user via internet (e.g. through [login to view URL] / buddyphone. Creating a gateway is your job, too). - Visible only to admin when logged in: Below function “select all?? ??" to check all checkboxes at once below include a dropdown menu: send [email/SMS] below include a text area. Admin selects SMS or email, writes a message and with pressing the button “send??, the message is sent to all checkbox-selected users/??bidders?? from above. - after “send?? button was pressed, there must be a warning that says “users [names1.2.3.] don’t have a mobile phone?? or “don’t have an emailaddress?? if it is so. If everybody had a mobile if mobile seleted or an emailaddress if email selected, don’t warn... ## Deliverables ... - when bidding on a project DON’T notify project manager. - For lower bids DON’T notify users - Leave project message board as it is ??" notification of users about new messages must work! - another function: When posting a project we need another field “date of event??. When bidding, the project shows up on “my open projects?? in the “manage account?? area. The day after “date of event??, we want the project automatically to be deleted from “my open projects?? and to show up on new table “my former projects??. Besides as stated above the script should enhance our communication, so theres not only one winner. Everybody that makes a bid is a winner. Every project the user place a bid on, stays in that table ??" and is never deleted. - When posting a project include a field “maximum number of participants??. When max. number is reached, automatically freeze the project = stays visible, but users cannot bid anymore. + notify admin that max number has been reached for project [project name] + switch on/off this notification function via radlance admin. - we also require a page where admin can select a user via dropdown menue and upload a .pdf or .doc file, that is only visible to the respective user. In his “manage account?? area he will find a link called “reports??. Following that link brings him to a page with more links (report 1, report 2, report 3, etc..) to his personal reports. - signup page must include the necessary fields for mobile phone number, home phone number ??" connected to functions ??" see above - we also require a “all users?? ??" page with same functions as above (checkbox ??" username ??" emailaddress - mobile ??" home phone: all links) + select all + dropdown (email/SMS) + text area. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
