Biomedical Joystick Controller and Driver

I'm seeking an expert proficient at designing and developing a joystick controller and driver unit for application in the biomedical technology sector. Key Requirements: - The product should be compatible with medical equipment in a way that it can seamlessly drive a 24V wheelchair. - The joystick controller and the driver unit should be a complete, integrated system. Communication Interface: - I prefer a programmable microcontroller and driver unit that can communicate with UART communication protocol Ideal Skills: - Proficiency in industrial product design, especially joystick controllers and driver units. - Experience in medical technology will be a valuable asset. - Knowledge in wired communication protocols like UART is essential for the job. the most important detail of the project as follow : A-the part we already done and proven its functionality : 1-the wheelchair are driven by dual DC motors and power with 24 volt battery. the dc motor and the mechanical part of the wheelchair already manufactured and tested. B- the part we need you to accomplished with industrial standers : 1- the complete schematic ,BCP and the manufacturing Gerber file . 2- the complete firmware code. information about the unit : 1-we had a joystick with driver that can help interesting candidate for reverse engineer. the dc motor does not contain any external sensors , the dc motors contains electric brake similer to any dc motor of wheelchair ,there is a close loop system using BEMF ,and current resistor to accomplish Smoothness and accuracy movement. 2- the joystick use stm32 microcontroller, current resistor with back emf to control speed and compare it with joystick movement , open load detection and other important details. 3- the candidate should not follow the same size of the real joystick BCP shape. any size for the first prototype is acceptable to minimize the number of BCP layers up to 2 and Facilitate design. conditions for successful candidate : 1- limit time for this project is 2 months 2- payment can be done only after Gerber file being design and tested working as accepted. 3- failure to come up with working joystick controller and drivers due to any reasons such as : programing issues or hardware failure will not give you the right to claim your bid more details and pictures about the working joystick that you may wish to reverse engineer, DC motors details and the wheelchair details will be attach soon . note: extra information will be added here base on bidder inquires to make sure that project is fully details for everybody .
