Magento Extension (Custom Wishlist)

My small company offers a service of grocery shopping and delivery (I shop from the local supermarket) for the handicapped and elderly people in my community. I need to customize the Magento original WISHLIST and turn it into some sort of "FAVORITE LIST" istead. Explanation: I need a way for my users to save a list of their favorite grocery products they shop regularly, to save them time each time they shop. I can't unfortunately use the original Magento Wishlist, because it's not good enough: when you click on 'add to cart' from your wishlist, the item is transfered to the cart and deleted from the wishlist. In other words, what I need is an Extension BASED on the magento wishlist module. First off, you'll need to rename the wishlist into "My Express List". Then, what you need to do is to make sure all items remain in this "Express List" (ex-"wishlist") database, even though the user adds the item(s) to his cart. It will therefore obviously ease the shopping experience and process for the next time they visit the website and need to place a quick order. So this 'express list' is in fact a reference for next time the client shops. The user may add any product to his Express List, regardless of if it's purchased immediately during the current check-out process, or if he/she wants simply to save this item as a reminder for some other time. All quantities in the Express List need to be set to zero by default. The original wishlist unfortenately doesn't offer to set quantities directly from there. All there is, is a button "Add to Cart", that's all. It's only once in the shopping cart that you can modify the quantities of the products added from the wishlist. What I need you to do for my "Express List" page, is to somehow mimic the Shopping Cart and offer to modify respective quantities of each item from WITHIN the Express List page. Please DON'T BID if you can't code extensions from the CORE of Magento. I need someone capable of programming a robust and reliable EXTENSION. You'll need obviously to be also strong with MySQL databases.
