We want to develop a script so we can send WhatsApp and Wechat mass messages using (web based) an API. This program or api should contain a new whatsapp protocol, be able to upload a text file and image with the phone numbers and enter a message that will be sent to millions of numbers in text file automatically (TXT, CSV, XLS , JPG, PNG). Can automatically distinguish which number is using WhatsApp or Viber. Do not allow Whatsapp and Viber to stop the phone number registered after sending hundreds of messages. Delivery report can be exported.
