Php Guru to assist with record repeat coding

Hi guys I need some help with a php issue I am having. I have two tables, table 1 and 2. I am pulling down records from mysql and repeating them. As part of records pulled down we have a show/hid div that if you click on it it shows the div with further information pulled down. Now it all works perfectly if table 1 has at least one record pulled down. But I just discovered a bug. Weirdly, if table 1 has no records to pull down then the show/hide div for the data in table 2 will only work for the first record but not any of the other? I suspect I have messed something up somewhere and got table 1 and 2 data mixed up somehow.. both separate table so do not really have anything to do with each other.. so not sure why this odd problem has come up?.. Anyway please let me know if you are interested in having a look and fixing up. Needs an experienced developer to hunt down issue.
