Parcel Map Capture

I have a mapping application that captures photos of land and houses from the internet. These are available publicly from the government's website of each county. I need to add several new counties to the application. This is not a project for a junior coder. The coder should have the following experience: * A LOT of experience scraping complex websites: * AJAX * SWF is a plus * Working with maps, geolocations * Images manipulation (overlaying, joining, writing text on them, etc) - WPF and MVVM is a plus Current DLLs used: LINQtoCSV HTMLAgilityPack [login to view URL] [login to view URL] See enclosed spec sheet for the county URL's and examples. Deliverables: a) parcel boundaries must be visible b) must be able to see 4 different resoltions (magnification) of each parcel c) must use the existing GUI to save photos (i.e. use property ID in the parcel file name) d) Save as JPG Note: I do not want to deal with an agency, but rather directly with the coder. Only full time freelancers need to apply. I have a business need for this software, so I need this done in the next 3-4 weeks.
