Merchant products and customers database,multi user access

I need to create online app which will allow our customers (sports clubs) order sports apparel with detailed and specified orders. - database of products, each product with several options (sizing, colors) and availability options to different categories of customers. - multi-user access for customers: each customer organization (club) will be able to create sub-logins for coaches of their teams. - Structured data about customers: each this sub-login will create its sub-teams with list of players with their sizes, numbers and other options. - Ordering process: during ordering process, each team will browse products and add them to the ordering table with products, sizes and other details they want to order. Once they are completed by all each team, organization will send total order to the merchant. No payment, just submit of order with detailed views (by product ID, category and others), and printing of invoices. Detailed specs available in attached file.
