Expert Web Developer Required - HTML / CSS / JS / PHP / MySQL

We are looking for an expert PHP web developer to develop a small dedicated website, integrating with email list management, and including back-end management modules. The successful freelancer will have experience in: - front end technologies HTML, CSS and JavaScript - back end technologies PHP, MySQL and Apache - email list management (preferably Mandrill but not required) - building user-friendly back-end administration modules to be usable by fools - HTML parsing - cURL - report generation The project must be fully and properly documented, including error testing and reporting. All code must be fully commented. We estimate this project to require 80 - 100 hours and we expect the successful freelancer to work full-time on this project for 2 - 3 weeks. Please include a list of website URLs for which you've built the front end and a separate short example of your commented PHP code (1 - 2 pages) with your application.
