All you need to do is configure the php code with the API. You must create an upload page (html), and configure it through Dailymotion cloud. In the upload page, the user will provide the file, title, tags, description, etc... Dailymotion cloud in return will show the user, the % bar (uploading and progressing) and progress as well as the final thumbnail and a complete message. No CSS sophistication, just simple html.
