Complete an NVD3 reports page with historical data -- 3

You MUST know MVC/Yii framework VERY WELL because this report is to be included in our MVC app. All of the work will be conducted while we are communicating in Google chat. I use Google chat so I can keep track of my projects. I am in US Mountain time zone so we must be able to meet for several hours per day for the amount of time this will take. I suspect about three or four days. While in chat, I will walk you through everything and we will fix problems one at a time. The two main items are that the page needs to be part of an MVC app and that it needs to be completed. The graphs are NVD3 based and the rest is simply php/mysql. The graphs require a little work and the rest is adding historical stats. The page currently has all of the stats listed but the data is not being pulled from the database. You do not have to build anything else, there is already an app feeding the database with the required data.
