Changes to video chart site(repost)

Hello, Please take a look at my site here - <[login to view URL]> It is a video chart site written in perfect PHP that uses XML feeds for content. I need 2 things doing to change this site and make it better: 1. Please click on a video and wait for the pop up to appear. Then press 'tweet' or 'share'. Once the pop up window appears it will show you the URL of that video. It should be something like #prettyphoto1 I need each URL to be keyword rich and be the same as the title of the video so each URL can get indexed as a separate page. 2. I need a backend CMS so I can create different pages in the left hand menu and populate these pages with any video I choose to create a unique chart. I'll need to input the video, title, description and the link should be the same as in point 1. Please quote for these 2 changes only. Thanks
