PHP File Upload Script | Server Administration

We are looking for a Freelancer to fixing a minor error with File Upload on Server in a Flash Converter Script we are using. The Script Uploads Media Files to the Web Server and then converts them into Flash Files to be used as Video in Flash Player. We have tested the Video converter Manually on the server with Video Conversion working fine, it is just the actual File Upload not functioning correctly. * Note we did have this working a couple of months ago. PHP skills may be needed aswell to read the File Upload Script (I believe there will be no changes needed to this) This should be a quick job for the right candidate that we are looking to be fixed asap.
