Modify Drupal Template

I need a drupal template that's been installed and connected to Drupal/./Commons modified. I need this done in 18 days or less. I'll pay $150-200 for this work. It will be a Community website where paid members can go to communicate, play golf and save. We will be partnering with local golf courses, pros and sponsors to bring savings and value to our user base. The site should be designed to help promote community, instill support and offer savings. It will need to be connected to a merchant account. The site will have 2. Private and Public access to different locations on the website (up to 4 unique permissions granted) 3. Personal Profile pages. Tweaking Drupal/./Commons here works fine. 4. A forum 5. A blog 6. Recurring payment system - allowing us to automatically charge our customers monthly. Website should automatically send an email after successful payment with members access pass each month. 7. A lot of what we want here is already standard in Drupal Commons, we would just need some tweaking done. a. We are interested in customizing group views in commons. i. Customized block for each golf course within each of the groups allowing our golf courses to customize the look of their group. (banner, photo, contact info, their web link) ii. Live Chat room in each group iii. Calendar with event posting iv. 7. Goggle Maps application to show location of nearby Events of groups and perhaps locations of other members 7. Groups – Groups will be the main focus of our web design when thinking about adding new partners and sites. We want our members to feel at home in their respective groups. We will have mandatory groups and groups they can join, but not groups members can form. I believe Organic Groups works great here, I also believe this is standard with Drupal Commons. 8. Internal email or private messages between members. 9. We want a volunteer button. To help us get women interested in helping out. It should say the words below with a link to leave an email.
