I am starting up a website that will be much like what you see at places like MetArt, Femjoy, Errotica-Archives and so on, and in that respect, I am looking for a capable and professional website coder that can implement this with the utmost of professionalism. I have been trying this a few times before, and all the other times the coders have failed, so I am trying Freelancer this time, in hopes that there are a coder here that actually can do this properly without any issues. So, the design I want to be much like what you find at Femjoy, which will include galleries, video streaming, website security with member logins, preview pages, a design that will blow people away when they enter (dont make it EXACTLY like them, thats copyright infringement, but something that is inspired by them). It has to look good, and it has to have a interface in the back that makes updates a breeze. Also, the website needs to be able to run a script that will convert videos into streaming format, pack down images into downloadable zips, make the galleries, and so on. So its equally important to know your scripting. As we will have lots of different people contributing to the website, it is important most of all that the interface on which they work looks good, and that they can easily do what they need to do. Always have design in the back of your head when you work with this website and designing it. And most of all, the website needs to be completed with all bugs fixed by the end of this project. You will also be kept in our books so that if we have any issues with the website, you will provide service that will fix any errors that occurs (we will of course compensate for that). Before you bid on this project, please do me a very big favor and preview the Femjoy website so you see what we want to have. And I repeat, the website is to be INSPIRED by Femjoy and their fantastic layout, not a copy of it. You need to be able to think for yourself as well, and not just blatantly copy someone. Escrows will be divided into several payments until completion, as I am getting sick and tired of escrowing and nothing happens. So here is how it will work. Stage 1: 25% will be deposited WHEN you have showed that you are capable of doing this, meaning have some of the back interface in place and have some designs to show me. Stage 2: 25% will be deposited WHEN you have the back interface finished, and have started work on the main website layouts and pages. Stage 3: 25% will be deposited WHEN you have completed all the pages and the back interface. Stage 4: The final 25% will be deposited when the scripts, website and backend have all been tested and are proved to work. NOTE: NOT AT ANY STAGE WILL THE ESCROW BE RELEASED UNTIL THE PROJECT IS FINISHED. THATS FINAL, SO IF YOU HAVE INTENTIONS OF ASKING FOR A RELEASE, FORGET IT. THIS STAGE SETUP IS FOR DEPOSITING ONLY. If at any stage you are not able to complete the project, your entire fee is forfeited and the project cancelled. All work that has been done on the project will be deleted and I have to go find another coder (yet again). So, please please please do make sure that you know what you are doing.
