Please read the detailed requirements below before contacting us! ## Deliverables This site is an online reverse auction service for medical imaging equipment and related information technology (IT) products. The reverse auction is designed to drive down the price of medical imaging equipment and to shorten the acquisition time of the purchasing process. In the reverse auction process, the roles of buyers and sellers are reversed, in which sellers compete to obtain business or contract, which drives down the prices of the product throughout the auction. Design is included in this project. The site would need at least the following sections: 1. Registration 2. My Home Page 3. My Auctions 4. Running Auctions 5. Payment 6.
