Wordpress setup

This is a two step project: First project: I currently have a Wordpress site live that needs plug ins, content and customization done to it. Second project: The same as above but need template uploaded on hosting account. ## Deliverables Both sites will need everything listed below. The only thing that will be needed for the second site is to be uploaded on the hosting account. There is also going to be two different hosting accounts for these sites.? But with the same company. * Need the following plugins to start with: rotating banner, google sitemap, google analytics, most commented, most recent, most popular, google adsense, language, google seo package, and tag cloud. * Big social networking icons (I'll provide the icons) programmed to appear at the bottom of each article. * Ability to place ads between blog posts on the front page * Only partial posts viewable on front page with link to rest of article (probably common for blogs but I thought I would throw it in there). * Programmed in a way so? article? is as long as? content? in right column? on every page. I plan on adding more content on the right as some point so it's important to give me ideas on what we can use for filler underneath the article so it's the same length as the content. Most articles will be roughly 500 words.(except for extensive comments on a posting will be the exception). * Banner or logo added on top of page ( I'll provide) * I need roughly 20 buttons on top of page. Please advice if buttons should be sub catergories (dropdown) or just a redirection to all the pages that fall into that category on a different page that looks similar to the home page. * Internal search bar * Able to incorporate pictures/ads into blog posts etc * Bold headings for the blog posts (acts as link as well) * Privacy page added at bottom of page (I have) * RSS feed * Daily Email / Woodborer * Add pinging websites to WP panel * Change color background to match links. All links must be the same color. * Add social bookmarking icons that is required for a service I'm going to be using (copy and paste code) I believe that is it. I can't stress enough that I need someone who has? a vast knowledge of Wordpress. Being able? to communicate, brainstorm and? discuss details is very important.
