Website Design phpnuke, drupal, oscommerce?

**Project Details** I have started a foundation [[login to view URL]][1].? It is non-profit.? I would like to design a new site.? You can view the current site that is up now to see kind of what we do.? I have several ideas for the new site and would like to set it up where I can make revisions through an admin area.? I don't know if we should use oscommerce, phpnuke, drupal?? Your suggestions?? Below is a list of items I would like the new site to have: 1.)? I want the new site to be the same colors, have the same photos and logos as the site I have now.? Also, have the same sections (about us, calendar, contact us,etc.) with the ab ility to edit these sections very easily. 2.) I want to have a classified section divided into 2 options.(items to donate, and items needed).? Due to the current economy in the U.S. I want the site so that people who have items to donate can post there items and also people who need items can also place an ad.? I need a search option so that people can search by items listed by postal code. 3.) I need a section where letters we recieve can be posted.? Some people will send us letters asking for help in certain situations.? I want to be able to post these letters so that anyone can read them. 4.)? I also need a section for prayer requests.? Alot of people don't necessarily need anything just want to be added to various prayer groups. 5.)? I need a blog section so that I can post comments on. 6.) I woud like all this to be on the front page somehow. Maybe just samples of each of the most up-to-date items and then a link so that they can go into each section and see complete details. That's about it.? I am submitting this project for bids. This is a non-profit organization that I have just started so please give me your best price. I would like to get started on this asap.?
