PHP & MySQL Web Developer for a Website

This project will be fairly simple to complete. Our website matches service providers with people in need of service (customers). The design for the website is done, and the front-end is almost done. Here's what you will be required to do: Project Deliverables: -- We need an online web based database to flawlessly match Customers to Service Providers. -- Matches need to be done by zipcode/postal code, by service type, and availability. -- Service providers must register via online form -- Customers may register or use a quick service request form without a registration in order to find a Service Provider and pay for the service. Full integration with Paypal (IPN) will be required. -- Customers need to be able to leave feedback with score for service providers via online form -- Service providers need to be able to leave comments about the customers and the service they provided -- After the registration both customers and service providers need to see their account activity and history i.e. feedbacks, scores, comments, list of service requested/provided, list of previous service providers/customers, payment history, etc. -- Customers and service providers will need to be alerted throughout the matching process. -- Service providers will need to be alerted by e-mail, voicemail, text, bbm, instant-chat. -- Customers will need to be alerted when their request has been filled. -- Integration with Google Maps, a Tell-A-Friend scrypt and a geo targeting script will be required. You provide the scripts. -- Some cosmetic changes to the website will need to be done (2-3 hrs max) -- The website must be tested thoroughly for functionality, stability, compatibility and security before it is completed by the designer/programmer Candidate Requirement: -- Excellent knowledge of PHP -- Excellent knowledge of MySQL and how to optimize queries. -- Outstanding experience with online forms -- HTML/CSS/Javascript experience -- Experience with Adobe Photoshop -- Experience with web design -- Very good communication skills in English, strong work ethics, detailed-oriented, reliable and punctual. ## Deliverables To be considered please submit a current resume and portfolio of related work. Random portfolio samples of unrelated work will be ignored. Please include a time estimate and the total cost estimate. All pre-selected bidders will receive a link to the website in question; only then you'll have the chance to slightly modify your bid price. These freelancers that bid one price and then change it after we have accepted the final bid for the job, will be reported to vWorker. Freelancers with incomplete projects, negative feedbacks or with less than 5 positive feedbacks need not bid. Autobids will be ignored. We will discuss with qualified bidders who follow the above direction correctly in more details. Payment will be made through escrow / paypal.
