Duplicate C-Span Radio iPhone App Functionality

We are looking for a coder to duplicate a simple audio-streaming iPhone application. ? We want to duplicate the C-Span radio application for a different radio show. ? The application will be able to stream the show while it is on the air (from 4AM to 10 AM EST weekdays, 6AM - 9AM Saturdays) and allow the user to select from a list of podcasts while the show is off the air. ?
