Drupal gaming community website

I am looking for a provider to create a gaming community portal in Drupal. Features: 1. forum 2. file download area 3. private messages to other users 4. wysiwig editor for articles 5. image uploading (to be placed in articles) 6. multiple author support with different rights for each author 7. trackbackpermalink support 8. tag and category support (I will supply categories) 9. SEO - Full title of article will be address once clicked (node/1 would be /article-name-1/) 10. comments left for articles All of the above can be found from the free modules available at drupal.org. I am looking for someone with experience setting up large drupal sites. The ideal group would have management experience with high traffic drupal sites. One aspect of the project that can be negotiated is the design. If you can setup the site with the features above without a design please bid. If you wish to include your design price with the bid please do, and make note if there is a price for 1. setup 2. design. Previous drupal site designimplementation are a must. Please no generic cutpaste bid descriptions!
