Complete PHP script, intergrade it with Joomla

I have a script that a coder here could not finish, though it was about 90-95% complete. The script is designed where users can send it questions to the site. The site owner or person in charge, logs in to a control panel, and it lists the questions that were asked. ? The owner than answers the questions and clicks 'publish' and it then publishes the Question & Answer (Q&A) as a content page. I then decided to use joomla so he was going to incorporate it as a plugin, but then he had to cancel, so I am not sure how far he got on it. Another little thing he didn't get to do, was when owner publishes(Q&A) I wanted the name of the .php page to have a custom name set by the user. ie [login to view URL]$0$0He was unable to do that as well. So I need those two things fixed, and possibly one or two very small changes.I can provide the old files if you are interested to see how far it has been completed.$0$0$0$0Coder must be familiar with PHP and joomla.$0
