BlackBerry credit card processing

I am looking to develop a BlackBerry application for processing credit cards. You will integrate the [login to view URL] system (Look at [[login to view URL]][1]). I want people to be able to sign up for an [login to view URL] account thru the [login to view URL] website, and then? download the BlackBerry program from my website and enter their merchant ID number? and use it to charge credit cards from their customers. It should be password protected. So I will need you build the BlackBerry application and the website for downloading the software.
