Photo edited

Greetings, I am looking for someone who is gifted in photo editing. I am listing what I want but I want your knowledge and skill to lead this project where it needs to go. I need to have a photograph edited to be used as a basis of a painting. The end photo has to be able to be printyed as large and clear as the starting one. It is a photo of my son in his racing kart I need improved. The picture is start.jpg. I have included two other photos, cut [login to view URL] to show roughly how I want it cut down, and yellow [login to view URL] to show the way I want the numbers 88 to look. I require, 1 The [login to view URL] photo improved. 2 The Yellow on the nose smoothed. There were a few chips in the yellow paint when I took the photo and I want them to be smoothed over. 3 At the center there is some bleed over between the yellow of the paint and the blue, I want that cleaned up. 4 I want the Black writing, particularly on the word (New) to be darkened and cleaned up. 5 I want the number 88 to be changed to a yellow background as seen in the yellow numbers.jpg. This will also give an idea of how clean the nose and words should look. 6 I want the adults completly removed from the photo leaving just the karts and drivers (see the cut [login to view URL] to get a rough idea of what I am looking for) I would like but I don’t know if it is practical, 7 The photo to be changed to appear to be in movement rather than a static shot. 8 After the adults are removed it will look a bit empty on the right, can the fence be moved closer in? 9 (please address this) Can you turn the photo into an image similar to <[login to view URL]> ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The end photo must maintain the same quality so that I may print a copy as large and as clear as I can now. It will do me no good if I loose the ability to print a clear large copy.
