Creation of logo - with flexibility

I need a logo created to be used for print and so on. We have a general idea of what the logo should look like but are also interested in "variations" and "new" solutions to the logo. We would want: - FULL color logo design. - At least 4 different logo variations to choose from. If you do not capture our vision in the initial concepts, we should be entitled to a free redesign session. 4 new logo concepts will be presented. - Unlimited alterations to our logo design while in development stage. - 4 business day turn around on all your logo designs. - Final logo files sent via email - includes formats for use in WEB: (GIF, JPEG) PRINTING: VECTOR resizable formats (.AI, .EPS) & HIGH RESOLUTION (.TIFF 300dpi, .PSD 300dpi) - Supplied in PANTONE or CMYK - Black & White or Grayscale version of final logo. Needed for faxing or invoices. We are well aware that there are a lot of logo companies out there, we are looking to tie closer ties with graphical designers to be able to help us out also on future projects. Included in project is a zip file with a "drawing" of something we are considering to use for logo. Attached is also a "screenshot" of the website we will be putting this on. We would like the logo to reflect the colours used on the website but reserves the right to ask for different colours if it doesn't fit or for some reason doesn't look too good. Please do show some portfolio of previous work with your bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Gif, jpg, tiff, ai, eps, pantone, cmyk, 300dpi, vectorbased. Should be used for print and web.
