Perl fix PDF Crypto module

Hello, I have a Perl Module that can Encrypt PDF files. However.. the Permissions Constants are incorrect. For example it can inhibit printing... but will not inhibit copying to the paste buffer. I require a perl coder skilled in crypto techniques to diagnose and fix the constants in the module. Time is of the essence, as this module took a long time to develop and I,m some what disapointed it wont apply the PDF document permissions correctly.
