Live Helper / PHP Live Helper ASP

I want to provide a service like Live Helper or PHP Live Helper. I would like all the features seen at <[login to view URL]> except for the trouble ticket or FAQ functionality. I also need a installable (Install Shield or similar) WinApp that the operators / administrators can use as their clients. If possible I don't want customers to have to rely on any plugins when they try to chat. I need: - Subcription page that interfaces with [login to view URL] and sets up their account. -Login page and user administration page for the main admin to administer their account and download transcripts of chat logs. Their account information will be in a MySQL database that has their Credit Card info, billing info, subscription status (active/inactive), monthly rate, and inital subscription date. -ServerEngine, to handle all serverside messaging between the live helpers and the customers -WinAPP with source code (every line commented) for the administrator and operator. The winapp will be able to provide the functionality seen in the link above. Please reccomend a language but I'd like it to be Win2000 WinXP and Win98 SE compatable. Plus I'd like it to be able to be used over NAT (Network Address Translation) intranets. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Server: RedHat, MySQL, PHP Client: Win2000, WinXP, Win98SE Customer: HTML IE4.0 & Nescape 4.0 compatable.
