Link to a friend code

I have a very small project available that should not take more than an hour to complete. I want an "email this site's link to a friend" button on my site. When the visitor clicks on the button, another page has to come up, and the fields should be: Your Real Name Your Friend's Real Name Your Real Email Address Your Friend's Real Email Address Some restrictions. There should be content in every field above. There should be a minimum 3 character content for both the "Name" fields. Also, the senders email address needs to be verified prior to email transmission. The only way to know for sure is to email the sender's email address, and say something like: "Hi, we just wanted to know we had the proper email address before sending our link to your friend's email address of [friend's email address]." Finally, we need to track the IP address of the sender, and it needs to be displayed on the page that comes up. If the same IP address tried to use the form more than 5 times within a 24 hour period, they need to get blocked with a message that says: "Sorry, we can only allow so many outgoing emails in a day" and the form should not process. I am also including another project where I need an "add to favorites" link. This code I know would work in certain browsers only. I have some other projects available also. I am looking for a fast turnaround on this project. It needs to be functional in all browsers (accept the "add to favorites" code)
