Game Servers Management System

This is a standard Game Servers Management system, the general functionality should resemble the one offered by [login to view URL] and many other game service providers and should be pretty easy for an experienced PHP developer. It should provide a web front-end and PHP core code to allow to install/upgrade/control games on remote machines, control and bill the users, accept orders, organize users in clans, provide a news section and ways to send messages from admin to the users. Important note: the selected coder should complete the system, which has already been implemented in about 80%. Please bid accordingly, no rewrite approaches will be accepted. The existing code is well structured (MVC), the database schema is also there, we just need the missing parts to be filled-in. Currently the code uses the [Savant2][1] template system, the 'basic framework' has been created and new scripts should form a natural extension of the current code, no revolutionary ideas here. We aim at reusability. **Please see attached file for full requirements or read online here <[login to view URL]>** The deadline for this project can/will be adjusted once the coder has been accepted and looked over the code to so we both can agree on a time scale. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
