Documentation for CRM Package (XRMS)

We are an intensive user of an Open Source CRM package called XRMS, which we use internally and also provide to our customers. We need documentation for our users and customers for this program, in as much detail as possible. Functionality should be explained based on an the sales operations of an example company (Ecko Technologies Inc) which is described in the "Deliverables" section below. Payment will be by number of pages of Arial 10pt single-spaced MS-Word format. The rate table is as below: Pages 1 - 30: $5.00 per page (minimum) Pages 31 - 40: $5.60 per page Pages 41 - 50: $6.10 per page It is recommended that the bidder install a copy of XRMS (download from [login to view URL]) locally and check it out before placing a bid. Thank you for bidding! ## Deliverables ********** Example Scenario (Ecko Technologies Inc) ********** Ecko sells different types of computer networking products (ex. routers, switches, wireless etc). Ecko has 100 employees and 50 of them are sales related staff. Ecko sells 90% of their product within the country and has divided the sales areas geographically into Eastern states, Western states, Northern states, Southern states and Central states. For each of these territories, there is a Regional Sales Director and several Sales/Account Managers who report to the region's director. All the Regional Sales Directors report to a single VP-Sales, who is a part of the Executive Management (the bosses). International sales is overseen by International Sales Director, who manages all 40 overseas customers himself and is stationed overseas and is in contact with home base over XRMS, email and phone. Ecko has some 600 customers listed in their database. The XRMS CRM solution is to be used by sales staff for maintaining data about their costomers, sharing it with collegues, monitoring sales performance and communicating with customers.
