Website Outsourcing | First Project

We are interested in discussing outsourcing of our web design to those with experience in PHP, MySQL, CSS, Java, etc. We are looking for a long term relationship and need reliable developers. Websites need to support a language database for every piece of text (page title, descriptions, captions, menus, etc) since we don't develop in English and need to fill contents in different languages. It is mandatory to be able to communicate with a text chat or audio chat, skype is suggested. Please provide information about: - Your experience (php,msyql, webdesign, IA, graphic design) - At least two examples of websites you developed and a pice of php code - Where are you located - Why we should choose You ____ THIS FIRST TRIAL PROJECT will be a personal website and is the object of this proposal, here's a brief description, more details and data on PM. COMEDIAN WEBSITE - We'll tell about a beginner theatrical ACTOR, post events info (eg show dates,how to get there,etc), gallery of past events, contacts, and tell a friend (using and email with image embedded), google map for routing from one address to the event location (we'll show an example). We'll have a guest book too. Events and Guest Book must be manageable by the site owner. Structure Public: Home, about me, events*, press*, send a postcard, join me on twitter/FaceBook, one trailer, Admin Area*: Events- new, modify, list. Fields date, time, place. Gallery are the same events with pictures added and must be displayed in a different way. We'll provide a general graphic template with CSS and detailed description of every page (.psd files or vector graphics) and some general description. You'll provide: - webdesign and graphic adaptation for every page (css, pics, etc) to match any given bitmap page file - php design, mysql database creation etc - a text field database from which every page will recall texts (eg, page title, text areas, menu items, etc) and made it accessible for us to fill text in it. Even if the project is simple please consider to budget some extra time for communication and adjusting and tuning, because this is our first outsourcing experience. Thank You
