Sync Vtigercrm (or Sugarcrm) users with Wordpress users including custom fields

The CRM in this project can be Sugarcrm or Vtiger. I need a wordpress plugin with the following specifications: 1- In WordPress: the plugin can fetch all the fields related to the module 'Contact' in the CRM and give the administrator the ability to configure the mapping between the CRM contacts fields and wordpress user information fields. This includes custom fields crated in the CRM and custom fields created in Wordpress (using for example the 'UserPro' Wp plugin) 2- When a user is created in Wordpress, we need to create a contact record for the user in the CRM in real time. No need to pull new contacts created inthe CRM into Wordpress. 3- When a user info is modified in Wordpress, we need to synchronize the information in the CRM, AND vise versa: when a contact is modified in the CRM and exists in wordpress, we need a synchronization. Is it possible to have a bid with the same plugin connected either with Sugarcrm or Vtiger (Specify you offer). Thank you !
