Repairing website on localhost

Its a crossfit website. Half completed. I need a section called workouts. Customer should login and able to post comments in each workout. With time stamp... in home page workout should be displayed. And comments. Admin can upload images and vedios in gallery. There is no [login to view URL] in admin section need to make it and simple uploading of images. Jpg. Png. [login to view URL] from admin panel. Etc user should login i think its works. And surf all the links successfully and post the comments Please check the whole structure first and advise me price and time. I think it should be easy to do for u. 1. Remove newsletter detalis from homepage and display workouts and comments(posted by customers). 2. In database there r two tables wod, wod comments related to that. E 3. Make a panel for administrator to upload images and videos . Sholud be shown in gallery link. Already made and i used a template For that. 4. User is successfully login in its working fine need to make sure that user can login and access each link successfully and specially can post comments to wod with time and date stamp. DATABASE FOR THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN MADE. 5. In admin panel admin can post data ib all links like add fees, add diet etc
