We need a software with next general features: We want to manage all our customer projects, meeting and goals. Projects: Create and manage a project related to a customer, add task, documents, discussions, etc. Reports per project, customer, staff, task, etc. Meetings: Create an manage all the meetings, documents, actions after meetings (task related to a meeting not a project), add task to staff people, manage the task, etc. Reports on performance of all task, each task, individual staff, etc so we can know what we are achieving based on the meeting commitments. Goals: With each customer we set a goal, like sales, calls, production, etc. then we can evaluate like a scorecard of each goal status, we can have many goals for each customer. We need we can add customers and in each customer the client user that could log in the system and see info related to his company like project, meetings, and goals, each client user can have profiles so they can have different access rights, based on meeting, project and customer etc. We need to create our company users called staff, so they can create, manage, etc, projects, meeting and goals with access rights too. This software must run on web 100%. We need a simple software where we can manage projects, meetings and goals. Thanks
