Only magento experts are welcomed. I have a magento ecommerce website, my shipping is integrated with fedex, I'm facing 2 issues: 1-when you click on "get a quote" the system displays unrealistic rates, much higher than the actual rates, instead of getting for example $10-$11 for ground shipping, I'm getting $30 and more... 2-I'm using now fedex sandbox account, when I changed to a fedex production account and put all the details, the system won't work anymore and you won't get a quote for your shipping. 3-we need to optimize the website and especially for some pages which takes 1 min and more to load. The speed now is very slow.
