upgrade Interchange-base website

Seeking bids to upgrade/convert an existing website based on Interchange version 4.8.7 to Interchange 5.4.2 (or later). The "new" webserver currently runs Interchange 5.4.2, and mysql 5.0.45. You initial response to this bid request should indicate your experience specifically with Interchange to ensure me you have the experience necessary to complete this project. I will provide the URL of the existing site to qualified bidders only. No NDA is required, but I don't wish to blast the URL in the bid request. Your bid should include all effort necessary to make appropiate modifications to the configuration and pages to accomplish this move, including final synchronization of the database between the old web server and the new webserver, such that the site functions the same (or better) than it currently does on the 4.8.7 version. All delivered software / configuration wIn your bid, please describe your Interill be performed on our web server. We will provide FTP and remote mysql database access as necessary, and will provide any shell-level requests on your behalf (shell access will probably NOT be available). We are not requesting any additional or modified functionality to the site at this time other than the version upgrade. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux, ubuntu 7.10, interchange 5.4.2, mysql 5.0.45.
