PHP membership script reports + reconcile with Paypal

I have 4 memberships sites (PHP, MySQL, Linux) with multiple member levels based on Paypal subscriptions. The script does not accurately upgrade and downgrade members based on subscription status--I need that fixed. Also, I would like a report I can run anytime (or set to run weekly is ok) that will tell me for all 4 sites: - total ACTIVE paying subscriptions by website - # NEW subscriptions by website per week - # canceled subscriptions by website per week with up to 52 week history ## Deliverables I have 4 memberships sites (PHP, MySQL, Linux) with multiple member levels based on Paypal subscriptions. Specifically, I need each website to upgrade members when they start a subscription (usually works ok already), and downgrade them when they cancel. All sites use Paypal and 1 also uses 2Checkout. It needs to work RELIABLY for all member levels, all sites, and both payment processors. Also, I would like a report I can run anytime (or set to run weekly is ok) that will tell me for all 4 sites: - total ACTIVE paying subscriptions by website - # NEW subscriptions by website per week - # canceled subscriptions by website per week with up to 52 week history Report can be added as menu item to admin panel for any of the sites, or stand alone--I am flexible. But it needs to accurately tell me how many paying subscribers I have who have not canceled, as well as how many new each week and how many cancels each week.
