an online survey script with graphic output

I would like to make surveys using PHP Surveyor which is a free script. Then I would like to Generate the Results of the survey on the next page using JP Graph which is also a free script. I am just frustrated of trying to get it to work, so I gave up. If you have expierence working with unix, and php, then you probably could do this with your eyes closed. I just am sick of it, and am willing to pay for someone to get it going for me. I want to create 100's of surveys. ( I can do this myself) all I need it someone to do the following: 1: Get jpgraph or another charting software (free) working with this PHP Surveyor software. (The PHP Surveyor software is already installed and the MYSQL database is also installed.) 2: Help insert my advertising code on the first page of my survey. and on the graphic output page. So it basically works like this. The user goes to a survey, see my survey and advertisements. Fills in the survey, and then the results of the other users are shown on the next page, along with my advertisements. Thats it. Remember all I really need is for someone to get jpgraph working with php surveyor, and add some advertisement code. Thats it!
