Cross Collection Clipart Finder

We are seeking to create a member supported website to function as a resource for locating clipart available from a number of different clipart developers. A second phase will deal with similar needs in fonts. The primary requirement is a mySql database and PHP application to convert EPS and other image formats to JPG images of a set size with a watermarked overlay image, create thumbnails, provide fields for various items such as Image Name, Developer Name, Collection Name, keywords, Links to Developer's Website, and others. Platform: Linux. User interface should provide for membership signup and payment, tracking for renewal, login, control over how thumbnails are displayed, a lightbox (favorites box), breadcrumb display for easy browsing, advanced searching by keyword coupled with a number of variables such as vendor, collection, file format type, color mode etc. An admin section to provide for easy access for managing, processing, categorizing and keywording of images, as well as managing membership, handling backups and other maintenance and security requirements. We have looked at a number of stock products that do some of what we need. Among them are PHP Photopost Pro, Image Folio Pro and eCommerce editions, Extensis Portfolio. But we feel that a custom solution will be a superior approach. We have checked off the "Medium Size Project" for this but will consider bids higher than $500 that this category specifies. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
