Cost for this Project?

Wanting to know the cost to do the following: Membership management script for membership type site with atleast free and paid type memberships. Website Replication to be able to let members put in their id #'s for different affiliate programs that will flow through their downline. Also, to be able to put anything info. I want into the pages. Would like to have unlimited replicated fields. (ex. name, email, phone number, affiliate id's. etc.) Must be able to accept paypal and possibly easy add-ons for other payment processors to receive and give payments to/from members. Would like atleast a 2-tier affiliate program integrated. Be able to set different commissions for individual and levels (In case of JV's). Also, different commissions for different products/services. Unlimited products/services. Would like everything template-driven as much as possible.
