Configure Apache to use perl cgi

Looking for person to confiure apache ([login to view URL]) to use perl cgi from a users public_html directory. For example we should be able to fill out a form located at: <[login to view URL]> ..... and it should automatically excute <[login to view URL]> These configurations should work on both Linux and OpenBSD ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
