Need Paypal money withdrawal module for my JOOMla website

I need to get an experienced, professional web developer to create a Paypal money withdrawal module for my JOOMLA website. The module will allow for my sales representatives to request to withdraw their money they earned from the sale of our online products from our website www.perfectchristianbiz.com. The sales representative will request their money to be released to paypal or bank transfer. I will say again, Users can submit withdrawal request to transfer money from their money balance to bank or Paypal account as described above. I will not pay for sloppy or rushed work to anyone.
