Fading and floating Menu for Joomla

Hello, I am looking for a developer to develop a fading and floating menu like here on freelancer.com for joomla 1.5 and 2.5. Another example for wordpress: [login to view URL] Requirements: -build using only css3 for best compatibility -compatibility to all the big template frameworks like warp, T3, Gantry etc. -module installable via backend -dropdown menu style like here on freelancer with triangle to the right and immediate appearing subcategories without fx Prameters: -chose the menu to display -distance to scroll down until menu fades in (in px) -width in px or set as full width -css code of menu can be edited in a text field to overwrite standard css -two module positions to the right of the menu items -logo icon can be chosen and activated to be displayed to the left of the menu items -other module can be integrated as a dropdown menu item (like in warp framework menu for example) Since I would like to use it as well as sell it to other people who like to use it I need all copyrights for using and selling it.
