zen cart fly-out horizental category menu

i have a zen cart 1.3.9h version, i need some changes as follow: A horizental menu exactly like this website: [login to view URL] (just "all category tab" should be in left hand side unlike this lightinthebox and getting rid of my lefthand side category menu. replace my exaisting rottating banner in the middle of the website which it says World of lingrie, replace it with bigger one like this [login to view URL] (the width should cover the whole page and height something around 350px) the rest of the elemnts can be pushed down underneath the big banner. i need to fine tune my logo, and i give an example which i like the style of it [login to view URL] ,something similer to this would be nice or if you have any better idea and also a favicon. i need to replace this skype live support which is rubish with something better and put the link of it on top of the site like [login to view URL] not in the side box which is annoying also that should happen with google translate box which should be in top of the page where it says langguages. the provious service provider failed to do these things and designed these rubish stuff for me. unfortunatly because of dishonesty i can not pass any ftp, cpanel or access, you have to design it localy and pass me the files with full installing instruction, as zen cart structure is quit clear if you know zen cart. please no time waster, as provious service provider wasted my time and money and failed to finish the job. thank you
