WordPress Plugin - URL Redirector/Masker based on Country

Geographic Link Redirector + Convert Keywords to Links Please see the features this requires, I have tried to make this as clear as possible, basiclly I need this plugin - But with the added feature of allowing users from certian countries who click a link to be redirected to a differently specified one. Cloak your links with Geographic Link Redirector, the plugin should be able to cloak like any other plugin such as PrettyLink and have a default redirection link, but the user should be able to specify a that users from certain countries, for example the United Kingdom should be redirected to another URL, and that users from Germany should be redirected to another URL. etc... If desired. (See example above) 2. The Links should have advanced statistics The links should be tracked, on the dashboard it should have the Hits and Unique Hits, and the user should be able to click one of the specific link redirects and look into further statistics such as where did they click from, what time, what web browser, what country. 3. The Plugin should have option to convert Keywords into Links When the user creates a Link Redirect, and specifies all of the options, one of the options should be if they want to "Convert Keywords" and should allow users to be able to specify one keyword per line. When this is activated any keywords specified throughout the site should be converted into a Hyperlink linking to the redirect page. 4. The Soruce Code should be Encrypted To prevent other people stealing the code it should be encrypted, both versions should be provided to me, the encrypted and the unencrypted.
