video player for website who work on mobile as well

I want a video player for my website that can play my music, videos and commercials on iphones, android phones. the video content itself will be .mp4 You can use any exists open source player which fullfill the the below listed requirement. it is important the video player has the following functions: - Full Screen - pause - skip (you can jump forward in timeline without having to wait for the entire video up until that point to load.) - work with multiple resolutions and formats any suggestions? can you install something like this? and how much can you do it for? You need to setup and replace the old video player with the new suggest player which have all the required fuction. This is a small project so dont bid high. I am not asking for code new player....
