PSD site designs to slice to HTML for integration into our PHP CMS

The client needs a PSD designing, slicing to HTML, then integrating to very own CMS. The clients need to have at least £250K to invest, and so bear this in mind when you consider how to do the design and navigation, and the audience. All images used must be licensed, or used from royalty free sites such as stock exchange images. The attached zip includes a PDF brochure + full spec , client is committed to us by contract and has paid. ## Deliverables MCM needs to have a range of content on it, including: NASDAQ FTSE Dow Jones Tickers, and also Xchange rates for £ to $ £ to Euro £ to Yen Or an exchange rate calculator that does all this. It would be nice to have a text resizer as well please if possible, like the triple A ones, such as on <[login to view URL]> Whatever is used, it must not include advertisements to competitors, which I have seen some companies have included when they give away free tickers. The site is to be hosted with HostNexus PHP servers, and will need to be written in PHP. MySQL, PhPMyadmin and complete Plesk access is all yours.
