I need a web development expert with excellent knowledge of HTML+Java Script+PHP and also some knowledge of whcms. My first requirement is about a hosting website. The psd designs are ready and I want you to change them to html and get me the website up and running (Simple thing for an expert). I want you to make this website secure with php coding. Also, I am going to use whcms so for that I need little whcms integration. Don't count this as an extra big thing because who knows about whcms, knows what I am talking about. Also, I need my website to be - 1. Fast + Secure 2. On w3c standards. 3. Seo friendly pages 4. Easy to edit when needed. No messup in the coding or pages. Last but not the least... COMMUNICATION on regular basis. I really need the person to communicate with me regularly. Who can not communicate please don't bid. I may need you for other ongoing projects as well so keep your bid good enough so that we can build future business relations.
