Need javascript and delphi source codes merged into VB program

Hello, I need two separate source codes merged into one VB program. One of the codes is in javascript, and will make up the bulk of the new program. The other code is in Delphi. Since I am providing all the raw coding, all you'll need to do is merge the two into one finished program and then make some minor adjustments. In other words, this is a simple project for someone who knows what they are doing.
