Need billing/membership system added to my php/sql website

I own this website: [login to view URL] As you can see, there is a members section of the site. However, right now there is no mechanism for allowing people to pay and gain access. So what I need is: 1) On the subscription page, add the ability to pay by credit card. I would like to use [login to view URL] API to create recurring subscriptions. This involves adding a "Subscribe" button to the existing page, and then creating a new page where the user creates his username, password and then enters his credit card info. 2) Once someone successfully pays by credit card, send an automatic "Welcome"to the customer email with their username and password. I will specify the format of the email. 3) Also send an automatic email to the admin to let him know about a new customer sign up. For email, I would like to use this API service: [login to view URL] 4) After successful payment, the user is forwarded to a new "thank you" page. 5) Create a form on a new page of the website where a customer can cancel. The user enters his username and password, then presses the cancel button. 6) All development needs to take place on a dedicated dev.* subdomain on my server, and then after QA is complete, the developer needs to move it all to the production server. Wherever a new page is called for, I don't need any design work. As a kind of "template", I'd like the developer to copy one of the existing pages, remove all the contents, and then just put in forms or text, rename it, and there's the new page. I'll have a designer clean it up after. I'm really just looking for basic functionality now. Please state in your bid how long you estimate it will take to complete the job. I'd like to get this done as fast as possible. Thanks!
